Council on American-Islamic Relations(CAIR) is asking your support in conducting a survey of 6th -12th grade Muslim children in North Carolina public schools.
The survey aims to capture an understanding of how Muslim students feel about their school environment, about identifying as Muslim, and the extent of anti-Muslim bullying and harassment. The survey will help CAIR develop comprehensive and practical tools for activists and actors working on the ground to resolve issues of anti-Muslim bias and bullying in schools.
We are asking for your support in encouraging your child(ren) to participate in this survey online on a secure web page that will be provided during a Zoom Meeting. To protect the students’ privacy, names will not be collected.
If you have any questions, please contact: Maysi Hnin firstname.lastname@example.org
Following are the Zoom Meeting sessions for the CAIR NC Bully Survey. Please have your child(ren) participate in only ONE session of their choice.
Important Note: In order to collect the accurate date from these surveys, we respectfully encourage students to take this survey without any help from parents, siblings, friends etc. We request students to answer the questions sincerely and honestly to the best of their ability.
If you have any questions about the survey, please contact the CAIR Community Liaison in North Carolina Sister Maysi Hnin, at email@example.com
