The Day when neither wealth nor children will be of any benefit, except for those who come to Allah (SWT) with a sound heart—Qalb-e-Saleem, a heart that is pure and clean.
The key to attaining Qalb-e-Saleem is Tazkiyah, the purification of the heart through the remembrance (Zikr) of Allah (SWT). This process not only benefits us in the Akhirah but also brings peace and blessings in this world. Allah (SWT) says in the Quran:
أَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ الْقُلُوبُ
“Indeed, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find peace.” (Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:28)
Allah (SWT) also says:
فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ
“So remember Me, and I will remember you.” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:152)
If we remember Allah alone, He remembers us alone; if we remember Him in a gathering, Allah (SWT) remembers us in the company of the angels. Imagine the honor and blessings of being mentioned by Allah (SWT) Himself!
So, the Zikar e Elahee brings blessings to this life and brings success in the hereafter.
Alhamdulillah, we hold a Mehfil-e-Zikr every Sunday at 2:00 PM at Cary Masjid, which is another step toward making it a Daar-ul-Ehsaan, a place of spiritual excellence.
Please join us, InshaAllah.
